Cancel your subscription yourself
Did you purchase a subscription through CopeCart and need to cancel it? No worries! Just check your order confirmation and click on the "Order Overview" link.
A new tab will open with your order details, and you'll find the option to cancel your subscription there.
After that, you'll get an email with a cancellation confirmation link—simply open it to complete the process.
Ask the vendor to cancel your subscription
If you don't find your order confirmation email, no worries! You can also reach out directly to the vendor at their support email address, or contact our Support Team via email, chat, or WhatsApp. We're here to help and can cancel the subscription for you.
