Are you planning to change your bank account details for installment payments? No problem! In this article, we'll explain how you can do this effortlessly.

How to Update Your Credit Card Information or Account Details

There may be times when you need to update your account details, such as when paying in installments or if your credit card expires. Ensuring your payment information is current helps avoid disruptions in your service.

How to Update Your Information

To update your account or payment details, please contact our support team by sending an email to support-us@copecart.com. In your message, include both your order ID and invoice number to help us assist you quickly.

If You Missed Updating Your Credit Card

If you didn’t update your card details before the payment due date, you should have received an email with instructions to do so. In the email, you'll find a link that requires you to enter your order ID:

  • Order ID Format: It consists of nine characters, including numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and dashes. You can find it on the invoice attached to your order confirmation email.

  • Link Example:
    https://www.copecart.com/us/orders/XXXXX/payment_method

Example:
If your order ID is ZYX-2MN1P, the final payment link will look like:
https://www.copecart.com/us/orders/ZYX-2MN1P/payment_method

Important:

Be sure to copy and paste the URL into an incognito browser window to avoid access issues.


Changing Your Payment Method / Settling an Installment Plan

If you want to update your current payment method or pay off an installment plan early, please contact the vendor directly for the product you purchased.

The vendor can generate a special payment link to facilitate the change. Please note that CopeCart is not authorized to make these decisions, so any changes must be arranged with the vendor.
