Didn’t Receive Your Login Details After Purchasing Through CopeCart?

If you purchased a product through CopeCart and haven’t received an email with your login details, please consider the following:

  1. Check Your Spam Folder
    It’s possible that the email containing your login information may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Please take a moment to check there.

  2. Verify Your Payment
    Ensure that your payment for the product has been successfully processed.

If your spam folder is empty and your payment has gone through, we recommend reaching out to the product vendor directly for assistance. You can find their contact email at the bottom of your checkout page.

Note: If you suspect that you may have entered your email address incorrectly during your order and did not receive your login details, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support-us@copecart.com, including your payment method (last 4 digits of the card), the date and amount of the purchase.
