You may have noticed the "Income/Payouts" tab on your dashboard and, understandably, might have found the information displayed there somewhat confusing. We recognize that navigating financial details can be challenging, and we are here to provide clarification on how the information in this section is structured and what it means for you.

Please note that in the top right corner of your dashboard, you will find an option to adjust the date range, allowing you to select the specific time frame you wish to review. This feature enables you to view your income and payouts over a customized period for more accurate tracking and analysis.

The "Income" amount displayed encompasses all transactions made during the selected time frame, regardless of their current status (whether paid or pending). It is important to understand that this amount is calculated after deducting various fees and charges, including but not limited to: sales taxes, CopeCart’s service fees, affiliate commissions, and shares allocated to Joint Venture Partners (JVPs). These deductions are subtracted from the gross income to provide a more accurate representation of your income.

On the other hand, the "Payout" section reflects only the transactions that have been paid, after accounting for any applicable deductions. As a result, the payout amount may differ from the income amount, as the income section includes all transactions—both paid and pending—while the payout section only includes those that have been fully processed and paid out. Therefore, it is important to note that the figures in the "Payout" section will not necessarily align with the total income amount displayed.
