Steps to Download Your Payout Invoices
Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log in to your CopeCart account and navigate to the Account Settings section.
Within Account Settings, locate and click on the Payout Information tab.
Step 2: Adjust the Date Period
Select the Date Range: Adjust the period you want to review.
Click on the calendar icon to select the earliest and latest dates for the period you want to see.Click on Apply.
Step 3: View and Download Invoices
After selecting the date range, all the invoices within this period will be displayed.
You can download the invoices directly from this page by going to the 'Paid' tab.
Step 4: Detailed Invoice Information
1. Open an Invoice: Click on any invoice to open it and view detailed payout information.
You can do this by clicking the blue PDF button on each invoice.
2. Download CSV File: Within the opened invoice, you have the option to download a CSV file. This file includes details such as:
- Paid orders
- Percentage paid on each order (either 80% or 20%)
- Deductions for any chargebacks or refunds
You can find your next payout date by clicking on the settings in the bottom left-hand corner, then clicking on Account Settings, and finally on Payout information.
By following these steps, you can easily access and download your payout invoices from your CopeCart account.
