As your business flourishes, reaching turnover milestones of 1 million, 5 million, 10 million, or 20 million with your CopeCart account, we are here to honor your success.

How It Works

There's no need for you to keep track of when you hit these milestones—we've got it covered! Our system automatically monitors your achievements, and as soon as you reach a milestone based on your net income, we'll reach out to celebrate your success. Here’s how we recognize your hard work:

  1. Notification of Achievement: Once you achieve a milestone, our team will contact you directly with the great news! We’ll celebrate this significant moment together.

  2. Personalized Award: You will receive a beautifully designed CopeCart Award, tailored to reflect your specific milestone. This award is a token of your hard work and success.

  3. Seamless Process: We need only your confirmation to proceed. We'll handle everything from crafting to shipping your personalized award directly.

What You Need to Know

  • Design and Production: The design and creation of your award take approximately 7-10 business days. We ensure each award is crafted with care, embodying the excellence you’ve demonstrated.

  • Shipping Details: Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. For awards shipped within Germany, expect your award to arrive in 3-5 business days. For international recipients, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

  • Total Process Time: From recognition to receipt, the entire process can take between 4-6 weeks. This includes our internal review at the end of each month to identify all achievers and initiate the award creation.
