1. Before You Start: CopeAffiliate Activation & Personal Onboarding
Before you can use CopeAffiliate, the feature must be activated once for your vendor account.
What you need to do:
Contact the CopeCart Support Team and request the activation of CopeAffiliate for your account.

Set up your first product together
Review and optimize your commission structure
Answer all open questions

2. Enable a Product for CopeAffiliate
Once CopeAffiliate is activated, you can decide which of your products may be promoted by affiliates.
How to enable a product:
Log in to your CopeCart account
Go to Products
Open the product you want to promote
Enable “Promote through CopeAffiliate”
Set the commission rate for affiliates
Save your changes
3. Review and Approve Affiliate Applications
Affiliates can apply to promote your product. You remain fully in control of who is allowed to represent your offer.
What happens:
An affiliate applies to promote your product
You receive a request in your CopeCart account
You can approve or decline the application
Your role as a vendor:
Review each application and decide whether the affiliate aligns with your brand, product, and target audience.
Affiliates can only promote your product after your explicit approval.
4. What Affiliates Do After Approval
After you approve an affiliate, no further action is required from you.
What happens next:
Affiliates can create their own affiliate programs
They define their commission structures (e.g. multi-level models)
These programs are reviewed by our Support Team
Other affiliates may join these programs
Good to know:
All program creation, network management, and payout logic are handled on the affiliate side.
As a vendor, you always retain control over:
Your product
Your commission rate
Which affiliates are approved
